1–2 hours for a standard install. We arrive on time, run the cable, mount the charger, fit the isolator, test it, certify it, and hand you the paperwork. You're charging your EV that same day.

Fixed. The number you see in the quote tool is the number you pay. The only thing that ever changes it is a switchboard upgrade — and we tell you about that before you book, with photos and a written quote. Never sprung on the day.

Most modern Perth switchboards (built post-2000) handle a 7 kW single-phase charger fine. Snap a photo of yours through the quote tool and Milos will check it personally. Older boards may need a small upgrade — if so, we always quote it upfront in writing.

Lifetime workmanship warranty — for as long as you own the home, anything we installed that fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it for free. No call-out fee, no quibbling. The charger itself is covered by its manufacturer's warranty.

Charger supply, install, all cabling and conduit, isolator, RCBO + circuit, smoke alarm compliance check, RCD safety check, Electrical Safety Certificate, EWR submission to Western Power, and our lifetime workmanship warranty.

Yes — with your landlord's or body corporate's written permission. The install is permanent (it stays with the property), so most owners are happy to approve since it adds value. We can supply a one-page summary explaining the install for your owner if it helps.

We recommend Evnex or Zappi for that exact reason — universal Type 2 sockets that work with every EV sold in Australia. The Tesla Wall Connector also has Type 2 compatibility, so even if you switch from Tesla to BYD or Hyundai later, your charger still works.
